Licensed staff (SWMEA) may pursue lane advancement on the salary schedule by completing approved coursework or CEUs aligned to their assignment, while MSEA staff may earn wage incentives by completing eligible continuing education, training, or coursework.
All activities require pre-approval and official documentation must be submitted by the deadlines. Pre-approval forms must be signed by both your supervisor and the executive director before being submitted to HR.
