- All special education programs require a formal referral from the student's hometown school district to enroll in SouthWest Metro special education programs.

Representatives from SWMetro Member Districts, Associate Member Districts, or other area school districts interested in referring a student to a SWMetro program must first fill out a referral form and submit it to the designated staff member listed at the bottom of the form.
