New Beginnings students create incredible artwork, one piece at a time.
Up and coming emergency responder students from across the metro showed off their skills during the Minnesota State Youth Emergency Care Competition held at SWMetro's Dean Lakes Education Center in Shakopee.
Criminal justice students at Southwest Metro Intermediate District 288 got out of the classroom and into the real world as they observed a criminal trial at the Carver County Justice Center in Chaska. These are the kinds of experiences offered at SWMetro that allow students to explore their passions and ultimately become inspired to focus on a certain career.
SWMetro Health Sciences students learn the proper rope rescue skills from a local first responder. Many of these same students will be using these skills when they attend summer camp hosted by the International Rescue & Emergency Care Association.
